I almost forgot

to show you my result of the Colour of Joy quilt. The top is ready and sent of for quilting on a long arm machine. I am “sorry” to say it is too big for me to do on my own. And it became bigger than the original pattern.

And last week I made approximately 100 of these…..

and we have started to build our new cabin. Therefore I do not stitch as much as I want to. Later when the cabin is done.....

Your quilt looks great! Seems to be a lot of work on this one... and sometimes it feels sooo good to send it off to get quilted, that way, we can start a new project right away!

Very beautiful top! I will wait to see how it is once quilted.

Nina, I am glad that you didn't forget to show us. It is so beautiful! I think that masterpieces like that should be sent for professional quilting. I can't wait to see how it looks when it is done.
Hope you enjoy making your cabin. Sounds like another fun thing to create, but much different.

Herlig teppe Nina - morsomt å sy ikke sant? Spent på å se det ferdig med proff-quilting... Heidi fra Klæbu

I love the quilt. That's so modern-art looking!

Now I'm wondering why you made 100 of those. Did you freeze 90 of them?

Oh, your cabin looks like it's in a beautiful location! How far is this from your house?

Great quilt with a beautiful colour placement. You are lucky to be able to send your quilts to a long arm. What is next on your list?! I wish you luck with your cabin building.
